Built on Integrity. Committed to Service.
Quality workmanship, clear communication, and relationships built on trust.
At Rivers of Life Plumbing, we believe dependable service is about more than pipes, fixtures, and equipment. It's about treating people fairly, taking pride in our workmanship, and approaching every project with care and attention to detail.
Serving homeowners, builders, and property owners throughout Northeast Tennessee, we provide plumbing, excavation, septic, tankless water heating, and water treatment services. Our combined capabilities allow us to support everything from everyday household repairs to complex new construction projects.
Our approach is straightforward: listen to our customers, communicate clearly, and recommend practical solutions that address their actual needs. Whether we're completing a small service call or coordinating an extensive installation, our goal is to deliver dependable workmanship and a positive customer experience.
We understand that inviting a contractor into your home or entrusting them with a construction project requires confidence. That's why we're committed to earning that trust through consistent service, thoughtful recommendations, and work performed with integrity.

Our Story. A Foundation Built on Trust.
Serving Northeast Tennessee since 2021.
Founded in 2021 as JNI Plumbing & Excavating, our business was built on a straightforward commitment: provide dependable workmanship and take good care of the people who place their trust in us.
Today, we're carrying that same commitment forward under the Rivers of Life Plumbing name. While our branding is changing, the principles behind our work remain firmly rooted in integrity, accountability, and service.
Our owner holds a Tennessee Limited Licensed Plumber (LLP) credential and brings more than eight years of hands-on plumbing experience to the business. Together, our team provides practical expertise across plumbing, excavation, septic installations, water treatment, and tankless water heating.
Whether you've worked with us for years or are just getting to know our company, our goal remains the same: to earn your confidence through the quality of our work and the way we treat you.

Integrity in Our Work
We believe the quality of our work speaks for itself. That means paying attention to details, approaching each project responsibly, and recommending solutions based on what our customers actually need—not simply what we can sell.
We take pride in workmanship we can stand behind, recognizing that even the details customers never see can make a lasting difference.
